Cookie Policy
Which cookies this site sets, what each one does, and how to change your mind. There are very few of them, because the site is built to need very few.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small piece of data a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for a site to work at all. Others watch how you use it. This policy also covers similar technologies such as local storage, which works the same way from your point of view.
2. Our approach
This is a static website. It has no login, no shopping basket and no personalisation, so it needs almost nothing stored in your browser.
Nothing that tracks you runs before you agree to it. Analytics only starts if you choose Accept analytics in the banner. Choosing Necessary only leaves the site fully working, with nothing measured.
3. Strictly necessary
Set without consent, because the site cannot honour your choice without remembering it.

- Stores whether you accepted or declined analytics, so the banner does not reappear on every page. Local storage, kept for 12 months, no personal data.
4. Analytics
Set only after you accept. We use analytics to understand which pages are read and where people leave, so we can write better ones.

As of the date at the top of this page, analytics is not yet installed on this site. When it is, it will be gated behind the banner exactly as described here, and this section will be updated with the specific cookie names.
5. What we do not use
- Advertising or retargeting cookies
- Social media tracking pixels
- Cross-site tracking of any kind
- Session recording or heatmap tools
- Third-party data brokers
If that changes, this page changes first and the banner will ask you again.
6. Changing your choice
Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page. It reopens the banner so you can accept or decline analytics again. Your new choice replaces the old one immediately.
7. Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Every major browser allows this under privacy or site data settings. Blocking everything will not break this site, because nothing on it depends on cookies to function.
8. Changes to this policy
If we add or remove a cookie, we will update this page and the date at the top. If we add anything that tracks you, we will ask for consent again rather than assuming the old answer still applies.
