When a project opens, its MahaRERA number will appear on this page before a single residence is offered. If it is not here, it is not for sale.

What we are building toward

We cannot show you a Detra residence yet. We can tell you exactly what one will be, because the standard was fixed before the design began and it is the same standard every project will be held to.

What the standard covers

  • Residential, and only residential

    Detra does not run a mixed portfolio of commercial, retail and residential at once. Homes are the whole business, which is why the standard can stay fixed.

  • Pune first

    We are building where we live and where we can be on site the same day. Expansion follows delivery, not the other way round.

  • The specification, before the price

    You see structure, facade, services and finishes in writing before anyone discusses money. Most developers do this the other way round.

  • Dates that are kept, or explained

    A committed schedule, progress against it on a fixed cycle, and a dated explanation if it moves. Silence is the thing we will not do.

Light, proportion, material and the quality of a finished room. This is the level the specification is written to.

    Registration first

    MahaRERA registration is completed and the number is published on this page. Nothing is marketed before that.

  2. 02

    You are told, once

    Everyone who registered interest hears from us in the same week. No tiered early access, no priority list sold to brokers.

  3. 03

    Specification published

    The full document goes on this site. You can read it before you speak to anyone.

  4. 04

    Then price and allotment

    Payments tied to construction stages, and the FEMA route handled if you are buying from outside India.
