The rules for using this website, and the limits of what anything on it means. Short, because most of it should be obvious.

1. Accepting these terms

This website is operated by Detra Realty and Infrastructure, Prabhavee Tech Park, Office No. 2, A-Wing, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045, India. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Nothing here is an offer

Everything on this website is provided for general information. It is not an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract of any kind, and it does not create any obligation on Detra to sell anything to anyone.

No statement on this site should be relied on as a representation forming part of any future agreement. If and when Detra offers a residence for sale, the only terms that will bind either of us are the ones in the signed agreement for sale.

3. Accuracy and images

We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every statement on it is complete or free of error at every moment.

All photographs on this website are indicative. They do not depict Detra projects, completed or proposed. They illustrate the standard Detra designs to, nothing more.

Any drawings, plans, dimensions, specifications or timelines that may appear on this site in future are indicative until they form part of a registered project and a signed agreement.

4. RERA and marketing

Detra Realty and Infrastructure does not currently market any project registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.

Any project will be registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority before it is advertised, marketed, booked, sold or offered for sale, and its registration number will be published on this website. If a registration number is not published here, no project is being offered.

5. Intellectual property

The Detra name, the Detra wordmark and monogram, the design and layout of this website, and its written content belong to Detra Realty and Infrastructure or its licensors.

You may read the site, print pages for your own reference, and share links to it. You may not copy the content for commercial use, reproduce the branding, or present any part of the site as your own.

Photographs are licensed from third parties. They are not ours to sublicense, and they may not be extracted from this site for reuse.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, its server, or any connected system
  • Submit anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, or containing malicious code
  • Use automated systems to scrape, overload or disrupt the site
  • Submit another person’s personal data through our forms without their knowledge

7. Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create any obligation on either side. It does not reserve, allot, or give priority over any residence, and it is not a booking.

We will use what you send us as described in our Privacy Policy. We reply to enquiries ourselves and we do not pass your details to property brokers or channel partners.

This site links to social media profiles and may link to other websites, including those of other businesses in The Dhanesh Indore Group. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any site we do not operate.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Detra is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this website, or from its unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

These limits do not affect any rights you may have under a signed agreement for sale, or under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website or these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
